Step 1
Project
After receiving demands from customer, the Product Development Center will set up a project team and assess the feasibility of customer's demands
Step 2
Quotation
After assessing and weighing solutions, the project team will roughly work out a quotation for initial design and tooling cost
Step 3
Design
The professional R&D team will provide appearance design, structure or electronic design as needed
Step 4
Sample
After the whole product design,the project team will make a prototype and do several testing including simulation testing to check the functions and rule out any possible inconvenience for further production.
Step 5
Mold
In this stage, the project team will focus on mold design and assess feasibility for mass production, then move on a pilot production and test the items again for function appearance and rule out any possible inconvenience for mass production.
Step 6
Order
The final stage, after evaluation and assessment from pilot production, the development has finalized and ready for mass production.

In 2016: Initial contact was established. The client proposed the need to customize the soap dispenser and purchased the Silk series soap dispenser for testing.
In 2016: The client visited the factory to discuss the mold opening requirements. After discussion, the engineering department proposed at least 4 appearances and structures for the client to choose from. After many adjustments, the client received the prototype and began to test it. And he raised new questions and found that the assembly of the bottle and the machine was not ideal, and proposed solutions.
In 2017: The mold was completed and tested with different liquids. During the period, the test was carried out from different aspects: opening the lid, closing the lid, liquid output, lens color difference, and whether there was leakage. After the test was good, the client placed an order for 40HQ'.
